You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money you add to your account. Any increase in deposit limits will take 24 hours to become effective, while decreases apply immediately.

Betting Limits

Similarly, you can set limits on how much you bet daily, weekly, or monthly. Increasing these limits also requires a 24-hour waiting period, whereas decreasing them is immediate.

Reflection Periods and Self-Exclusion

If you need a break from gambling, you can use our Reflection Period or Self-Exclusion options:

  • Reflection Period: Choose from 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to pause your gaming activity temporarily.
  • Self-Exclusion: Select a minimum of 3 months or an indefinite period to exclude yourself from playing on bacanaplay. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to play or deposit funds, and marketing communications will cease (removal from marketing lists may take up to 24 hours).

These options are designed to help you take control and prevent impulsive gambling behaviour.
